All agents, developers and other service providers which appear on Overseas property site have agreed to abide by our 'Code of Conduct'.

Any infringement of this statue may lead to removal from OPS and its partners.
In the unlikely event you believe a service provider has broken this agreement please email codeofconduct@overseaspropertysite.com and the matter will be investigated immediately.


_Overseas Property Site Code of Conduct

• Agents shall adhere to the highest standards of honesty and professional integrity both in their dealings with the public and in their dealings with each other.
• Agents shall refrain from misleading statements and exaggerated claims in their dealings with sellers and potential buyers.
• Agents must make clear their status and whose interests they represent.
• Agents shall always recommend the use of an independent lawyer for international property transactions.
• Agents shall not require potential buyers to sign binding preliminary purchase contracts without giving them reasonable opportunity to reflect on the contract and to obtain legal advice.
• Agents shall comply with all applicable local laws, including tax laws.
• All agents must submit to industry standard training for their staff.
• If any dispute arises between an agent and any seller, buyer or other customer the issue should be referred to codeofconduct@overseaspropertysite.com for immediate investigation.
• If the agent or service provider is found to have broken this statute this may lead to permanent removal from this site.
